野菜の生育状況及び価格見通し（令和6年6月）について（農水省）

農林水産省は、東京都中央卸売市場に出荷される野菜の生育状況と令和6年6月の価格見通しを発表しました。これは、天候不順による価格変動を最小限に抑えるための情報提供の一環として、主産地や卸売会社などからの聞き取りを基に行われたものです。

6月は、冬春の産地から夏秋の産地へと切り替わる時期です。これにより、出荷が安定し、価格が落ち着く野菜が増える見込みです。ただし、一部の野菜については、天候の影響を受けて価格の変動が予想されています。

だいこんについては、千葉県産から青森県産への出荷に切り替わります。青森県産と北海道産の生育は順調ですが、千葉県産は多雨の影響で歩留まりが低下しています。そのため、6月前半は価格が高めに推移し、後半は平年並みになる見込みです。

にんじんは、千葉県産が中心になります。茨城県産の生育は順調ですが、千葉県産は多雨の影響で生育が遅れています。これにより、6月前半は価格が高めに推移し、後半は平年並みになると予測されています。

はくさいは、茨城県産から長野県産への出荷に切り替わります。主産地の生育は順調であり、6月の出荷数量と価格は平年並みの見込みです。

キャベツは、千葉県産と茨城県産が中心です。千葉県産は多雨の影響で出荷数量が減少しましたが、徐々に回復傾向にあります。6月前半は価格が高めに推移し、後半は平年並みになると見込まれています。

ほうれんそうは、群馬県産、茨城県産、栃木県産が出荷されます。群馬県産の生育は順調ですが、茨城県産と栃木県産は気象条件の影響で出荷数量が減少し、価格は高めに推移する見込みです。

ねぎは、茨城県産と千葉県産の生育が順調で、6月の出荷数量と価格は平年並みの見込みです。

レタスは、長野県産が中心となり、主産地の生育は順調で、6月の出荷数量と価格は平年並みの見込みです。

きゅうりは、埼玉県産、群馬県産、福島県産が出荷されます。群馬県産と福島県産は気象条件の影響で出荷数量が減少し、6月前半は平年並み、後半は価格が高めになると予測されています。

なすは、高知県産、群馬県産、福岡県産が中心です。曇雨天や成り疲れの影響で出荷数量が減少し、価格は高めに推移する見込みです。

トマトは、栃木県産、熊本県産、千葉県産が出荷されますが、曇雨天や病害の影響で出荷数量が減少し、価格は高めに推移する見込みです。愛知県産の生育は順調です。

ピーマンは、茨城県産が主体です。多雨や日照不足の影響で出荷数量が減少し、価格は高めに推移する見込みです。

ばれいしょは、長崎県産と静岡県産が出荷されます。長崎県産は多雨の影響で歩留まりが低下し、静岡県産は凍霜害の影響で小玉傾向ですが、出荷数量は徐々に回復傾向です。6月前半は価格が高めに推移し、後半は平年並みの見込みです。

さといもは、鹿児島県産と宮崎県産が出荷されます。主産地の生育は順調で、6月の出荷数量と価格は平年並みの見込みです。

たまねぎは、佐賀県産と兵庫県産が中心です。主産地の生育は順調で、6月の出荷数量と価格は平年並みの見込みです。

ブロッコリーは、長野県産、北海道産、福島県産が出荷されます。主産地の生育は順調で、6月の出荷数量と価格は平年並みの見込みです。

Vegetable price forecast for June 2024 Growth status and price forecast for 10 commodities including cabbage and tomatoes

Lettuce is expected to grow well in the main production areas, mainly in Nagano Prefecture, with shipment volume and prices for June expected to be on par with the normal year.

Cucumbers will be shipped from Saitama, Gunma, and Fukushima prefectures. Shipment volumes of cucumbers from Gunma and Fukushima prefectures are expected to decrease due to weather conditions, and prices are expected to be on par with the normal year in the first half of June, with higher prices in the second half.

Eggplants are mainly produced in Kochi, Gunma, and Fukuoka Prefectures. Shipment volumes are expected to decrease due to cloudy and rainy weather and tiredness, and prices are expected to remain high.

Tomatoes will be shipped from Tochigi, Kumamoto, and Chiba prefectures, but shipment volumes are expected to decrease due to cloudy and rainy weather and disease, and prices are expected to remain high. Growth in Aichi Prefecture is favorable.
